I needed to take a few days off, but I finally am ready to write about what happened on Sunday night. Long story short, things got off to an amazing start, and then I really don’t know what happened.  

FOX had video montages as part of each team’s introduction, and, to the world’s very pleasant surprise, the song they used for Atlanta was Phish’s “Tweezer Reprise”:

Amazing! My favorite band playing my current home team onto the field at the Super Bowl. Tough to imagine things getting much better from there.

And then the screen went black. Like I said, I really don’t have an explanation what happened.
