  2. I saw this video on Deadspin a few days ago. Really too bad that it couldn’t air during the Super Bowl. How the Redskins are even a thing (or the Cleveland Indians, for that matter) is a mystery to me.

    • I agree. On this site, we try to refer to them as the Washington Monuments.

      In the context of the Super Bowl, I wonder whether there’s any opinion of the Seahawks’ logo, which appears to be modeled after the indigenous art style of the Northwest. It seems to be much more of a tribute than a caricature (hey Chief Wahoo), so there probably isn’t much to worry about there.
